Before the premiere of their “Meistersinger”, director Barrie Kosky and conductor Philippe Jordan talk about Wagner and the aura of Bayreuth. Kosky lives in Berlin and is the director of the “Komische Oper”. Jordan directs the “Opéra National de Paris” and is the chief conductor of the “Wiener Symphoniker”.
